More than pressing “Go live”
A considered plan.
From the very start.
A good broadcast starts before the audience joins. The format, speakers, content, connectivity and viewing experience all need to work together.
We work through those details with you, defining the technical scope and delivery plan before production begins.
Designed around what matters
- ↗Your audience
Who is watching, how they join and what they need to take away. - ↗Your presenters
Clear briefing, technical checks, rehearsals and practical guidance. - ↗Your production
Agreed responsibilities, programme flow and contingency planning. - ↗Your content’s next chapter
Recordings, edited sessions and reusable assets planned from the start.

A few useful answers.
Can every speaker join remotely?
Yes. A fully virtual production can bring presenters and panel members into the programme from different locations. We plan technical checks and rehearsals around their devices, connections and roles.
Can a stream be restricted to an invited audience?
Restricted viewing can be included in the brief. The appropriate platform and access method depend on the audience, registration needs and confidentiality requirements. These are agreed during planning.
Do you work with our existing meeting platform?
Tell us which platform you use. We assess the production requirements, account permissions and platform capabilities before recommending a workflow. Any additional platform or licence costs are identified in the scope.
Can you record and edit the sessions afterwards?
Yes. Recordings, individual session edits, highlights, captions and social cutdowns can be scoped into the project. We agree the required formats, review rounds and delivery schedule before production.
What internet connection is needed?
The requirement depends on the broadcast format, video quality and number of remote contributors. We assess available connectivity and discuss testing and backup options as part of the technical plan.
How much does a production cost?
Each proposal is based on the brief. Key factors include duration, camera and crew requirements, speaker and session count, platform, graphics, rehearsals and post-production. Share what you know so we can scope an appropriate solution.
What should we include in our enquiry?
Include your preferred date, production type, audience size, location or remote format, number of speakers, recording needs and an indicative budget if available. An early-stage idea is also enough to start a conversation.
From enquiry to proposal
A clear next step.
Even with an early brief.
You do not need a finished production plan to enquire. Start with your objective and what you know; the details can be worked through during scoping.
Share the essentials
Tell us the production type, preferred date, audience and location or remote format. Include your recording needs and an indicative budget if available.
Clarify the production
We discuss the format, speakers, platform, preparation and delivery requirements so the scope reflects your actual brief.
Review the proposed scope
Review the production support, deliverables, responsibilities and costs. Rehearsals, editing, captions and additional versions are confirmed in the proposal.
