Built around the brief

Live Streaming

From a single presentation to a multi-camera event, we plan the broadcast around the programme, audience and viewing experience.

Capture the right perspective

Camera positions, framing, audio sources and presentation feeds are scoped to support the story of your event.

Build your broadcast identity

Branded holding screens, speaker titles, slides and video playback create a consistent programme on screen.

Choose the viewing experience

Public streams, restricted viewing and on-demand access are assessed against your audience and platform requirements.

Deliverables to agree

  • A technical plan covering camera positions, audio sources, presentation feeds and the agreed broadcast destination.
  • Live switching with agreed speaker titles, holding screens, slides and video playback.
  • A programme recording in agreed file formats; session edits and captions can be scoped separately.

Production options

  • Single presentation: a focused camera and presentation workflow.
  • Multi-camera event: coverage planned around the stage, speakers and programme.
  • Remote contributors: guest feeds integrated with the venue production, subject to connection tests.

What to prepare

  • Share the venue contact, programme, room layout and access times.
  • Arrange a test of the actual broadcast connection and discuss backup connectivity.
  • Supply final slides, video files, logos and speaker spellings by an agreed content deadline.

Planning questions

Before you brief us.

Can viewing be private?

Restricted viewing can be scoped. The access method, registration needs and platform permissions must be confirmed before invitations are sent.

What happens if the internet connection drops?

We assess connectivity and discuss available backup options during planning. The proposal should identify what contingency is included and any remaining dependencies.

Will we receive a recording?

Confirm recording requirements in the brief. File format, session separation, captions, editing and delivery timing are agreed in the scope.

Include the date, venue, programme duration, audience size, viewing destination, speaker count and required recordings.

In the project brief field, name this service and share what you know. We use your enquiry to clarify the requirements and prepare an appropriate scope.
